Give land from mining companies back to indigenous people; end the practice of paying off ‘Aboriginal corporations’ and individuals from communities to gain access. Communities also deserve justice and compensation for the wrongs done to them.

- Governments and corporations can – return the management of land and natural resources to regional, local and/or customary governance structures with people and cooperatives at their heart[1]. Not start extractivist projects without the prior and informed consent of front line communities, or from the indigenous people of the land.
- Ask and listen to what indigenous people want.
- For example: We need a Blak New Deal to fight the climate crisis by Philip Marrii Winzer, Unsettling truths: modernity, (de-)coloniality and Indigenous futures by Yin Paradies and Koori Web (this list could be endless, so we encourage everyone to read and listen to a variety of voices).
- Governments have already given back land to indigenous peoples and traditional owners. For example, the Daintree Rainforest[2], Uluru[3], and Jabiru.[4]
- Ask and listen to what indigenous people want.
- People and communities can – gain an understanding of indigenous land we live on and learn the history (and current state) of colonisation. Support indigenous led projects to protect land, water and life. For example Wuurn of Kanak – Landback[5], Pay The Rent[6], etc.

Support developing nations that have been plundered by imperialism; take responsibility as an imperialist power for the damage we have caused and must fix.
- Governments can – end the militarisation of regions where resource extraction occurs.
- Corporations can – stop making, selling and marketing weapons.
- People and communities can – support, and stand in solidarity with, campaigns such as Free West Papua[7], the Free Palestine Movement, Latin America Solidarity Network[8], Philippines Australia Solidarity Association[9], the Mogale Declaration: Living The Future Now – Womin African Alliance[10] etc.
